Crossing the Lines

For their Easter set this year they wanted to do a massive cross as their center point. The cross was made out of 5 sticks of 10 ft truss. The cross in total is about 32′ feet tall which is too tall for them to stand up in their auditorium so it hangs at about a 45-degree angle over the stage. They wrapped the truss in plastic wrap to defuse the lights inside the cross a little bit. They also used some white fabric to drape over the auditorium that started at the cross point of the cross. They also used white fabric on the back wall. They spent about $1000 on fabric and everything else they had on hand.
