Flock of Airplanes

Greene Staging from Passion City Church in Atlanta, GA brings us this cool art installation for the LIFT Conference in 2018.

First, a ceiling grid was created to provide mounting points for each of the airplanes.

Airplanes were made from black card stock – each one cut to size, folded to shape, and glued to shape.

Monofilament (fishing line) was used to hang the suspended planes. A steel standoff was welded to mount planes onto sheetrock walls.

– 2″ x 4″ x 10′ fingerjoint (primed)
