Reaching Up

Benjamin Brown from Chestnut Mountain Church in Flowery Branch, Georgia brings us these cool panels.

This was a budget friendly set for them: under $2000. They built wooden frames with white Coroplast screwed to the back. Then they added LED tape under diffuser strips. The big pieces were all one piece hoisted into place once fully built and structurally reinforced. Full project time: 3 days.

The set was up lit and down lit using Chauvet Slim Pars Pro Tri, Chauvet 4×4 Nexus, vertical Chauvet USB Pix Strips, Martin MAC Aura wash fixtures, and Chauvet 560 Profiles.

What program did you use to make the mock. Up of the stage?

Do you’ll have a description of how you did it and the other parts besides the light?
