Stage Designs

Brandy Gibson from Chestnut Ridge Church in Morgantown, WV brings us this cool stage design for their Easter services.

Coroplast, rope and a projector. Their cost was under $100 for Coroplast, 200 ft of rope and fishing line. They suspended the panels on varying depths using their stage battons. Their series was titled Beautifully Broken, so the concept was for segmented parts that worked together as a whole. A big part of how they used this set was to do some projection mapping. Love the design – trying to figure out the logistics…
Looks like the panels are different sizes?
Where are you projecting from – floor or ceiling?
    Beautifully done.

Thank you! The panels decrease in size from top to bottom—the top panels were 69″ wide x 35″ tall, and the bottom ones were 7″ wide x 13″ tall. The projector is hanging from our catwalk, over the audience.
