Stage Designs

Great Gears

Justin LaHiff from Life Community Church in Roseville, CA brings us this big design for a small space.

This design was intended to maximize their space. Their stage is shallow and they needed to fit three singer and ten dancers all in the same space. The solution was fairly simple: fly the lighting and limit the ground fixtures. The placement of the fixtures was designed to make it feel like a large venue when in reality has seating for only 350 people. The design as well as the performance made it feel larger than life.

Equipment used was 4 Chauvet Rogue R2 Spots, 6 Chauvet COLORados 1-quad zoom tour, 6 Elation RGB Zooms, 4 Chauvet Intimidators, 4 Megalite LED Bars, and 4 LED Pars. Console used was MA2 on PC with a Command Wing.
