LED Net

Sam Oss from The Crossing in Quincy, IL brings us this cool LED net.

This is their DIY “poor man’s” LED Wall. It was made using Holiday Coro Pixel LED Nodes with 3″ spacing mounted in a Pixel Node Mounting Net. It was then mounted to a free-standing truss frame, 50′ wide, 9′ tall, with curved outside ends. They were able to feed it video content through a combination of Madmapper and Resolume, controlled through their GrandMA lighting console.

Including the software licenses, LED nodes, mounting net, controllers, and other miscellaneous hardware, materials cost around $7,000. They used existing trussing from a previous set design.

I’d love a parts list if you have one! We are gonna make this happen before Christmas for a stage design we are working on.

I’ll hit up your church and see what’s up!

Hello! For anyone asking for a parts list, we’re doing a build very similar to this. I was inspired by those photos! I had a really great experience working with David at Holiday Coro. I just filled out a project design request and received a complete parts list for my specific project with a shopping cart link and detailed video explaining how it will go together.
