Livestream Designs

Light Cages

Paulo Junior from Igreja de Família in Belo Horizonte, Brazil brings us this cool livestreaming setup.

They used black plastic on the floor measuring 8 meters by 8 meters that cost 50 dollars. They built 2 black iron structures, similar to tables without a top, 70 cm high to fix the lamps. Inside them would sit the drums and the keyboard.

They built three 20cm high iron structures for electric, acoustic, and bass guitars.

They also made a suspended structure 250cm high to fix the lamps over the vocals. These iron structures were painted black and cost 40 dollars already completed.

They fixed LED tube lamps on the upper part of the structures with gaffers tape.

They already had the white LED tube bulbs that they used in other design projects. The cost would be $100.

All electrical parts like wires and connectors cost $50.

They fixed the lamps on the iron bases at 3 different heights from the floor: 20cm, 70cm and 250cm.

The white lights on the black background seemed to float around the musicians.
