Frank Schabell, Pro Church Lights‘ Lead Lighting Designer, showcased the PCL PixelStix during the live album recording of Vertical Worship‘s new single “Build An Altar.”
Utilizing his NX Wing from @obsidiancontrolsystems, Frank integrated the versatile PixelStix into Calvary Church’s extensive lighting setup in Valparaiso, IN, enhancing the worship atmosphere with vibrant, pixel-mapped color effects.
The PixelStix(tm), set up in strategic chevron patterns for the music video, was powered through POE (powered over ethernet) and controlled via Artnet, demonstrating their flexibility and impact as stage design elements. Frank’s expertise in ONYX’s effects engine and DyLOS amplified the song’s powerful message through visually captivating lighting sequences.
