Mike Romero from First Baptist Church in Magnolia, TX brings us these rebar Christmas trees.
Mike started with about 32 sections of rebar and, using 4 pieces per “tree”, had them welded together at one end to make about 8 “teepees” of several sizes. He then attached one “Edison” bulb to the top of each tree (with tie wrap and black electrician tape) and wrapped the trees loosely with standard white christmas lights. He attached them at various points with tie wraps to hold them up.
The whole thing cost about $400 to complete.
