Stage Designs

Screen and Line

Scott Bowles from Joy Community Church in O’Fallon, MO brings us this simple stage design.

From Scott: I just took two popular designs, wood slats, scrunched screen, and lighting and put them together for a cool look of metal and wood. Lots of texture up there.

Each wood slat is 12’ high and 4’ wide and cost a total of $60 per “ladder”. The screen door material is 48” wide and about 15-18’ long and cost $25 per roll.

For the slats I pained the vertical pieces of wood black and then screwed on the horizontal pieces to it and just left them natural wood color.

Uplighting done with American DJ ADJ Mega Bars RGBA 42″ RGBA LED Bars.

    Hello, This looks awesome
Where do you find the scrunched screen? Is there another name for it? Trying to find it in Canada.
