Stage Designs

Swags and Dots

Isabelle Reis from Igreja Batista do Brooklin in Sao Paulo, Brazil brings us this design that makes clever use of toilet paper rolls.

They were inspired by a stage design on CSDI to make the glowing letters. They actually made it with a material called “papel paran√°” that is 2mm thick and put Christmas lamps in the material for the letters.

They hung lycra fabric on the sides and used a projector on one of them. Then they made a logo panel out of toilet paper rolls and covered them with papier mache.

You can also check out their site (in Portuguese) for more pics.
