Janet Rosales from Templo Redención in Concord, NC brings us this bright stage design.
They had their annual youth event and decided the theme would be “Brilla” which means “Shine.”
For the white “fabric”, Janet used a white tablecloth roll from Hobby Lobby (it was $15, but with 40% coupon came out to be around $9) and cut the pieces long enough to look like rays of light.
For the gold triangles, she bought gold posters from Hobby Lobby and they cut them into triangles of all different sizes. Janet used about 10 posters, which were about $2 each. They taped them to the wall using painters tape.
For the middle sign with the event name on it, Janet painted 2 pallets black and put black tablecloth roll in the back and secured with small nails. They used a projector to trace out the word “Brilla” with gold paint. They drilled a 2×4 where they would hang the pallets and drilled the pallets onto the 2×4. The pallets were free and they spent about $7 on paint.
Total cost was less than $50.
